How Dilsho works
Three sides - customer, shop and rider - one smooth flow. Here is the whole journey of an order.
- Search. A customer searches a product and sees every nearby shop that stocks it - with live prices pulled straight from each shop's POS. No stale catalogues, no "call to confirm".
- Order. They add items, drop a delivery pin, and place the order. No online payment in Phase 1 - everything is settled in cash on delivery, the way local shopping already works.
- Match. Nearby online riders are notified instantly. The first to accept is assigned automatically - fair, fast and transparent for every rider.
- Track. The rider's name and live location are shared with both the customer and the shop until the order is delivered and paid.

The customer
Live prices while browsing, a clear order status after checkout, and the rider's position on a map until the doorbell rings.
The shop
A new-order alert on the dashboard and the POS, a pick list to pack against, and stock that adjusts itself the moment items leave the shelf.

An offer with pickup, drop-off and distance up front. Accept it, follow the route, collect cash on delivery, done.
