Your trial starts when Dilsho approves your shop. It runs as Master with two counters, so you can try the online store and a second till. No card needed. Choose a plan before it ends - nothing is ever charged automatically.

How counters work
What is a counter?
One Dilsho POS till signed in to your shop. Your shop portal and the Dilsho owner app are included on every plan and never count as counters.
I want another till. What happens?
Add a counter in Billing. You pay Rs 1,000 for a month, charged at once for the days left in your current month (never less than Rs 100). The new till signs in the moment it is paid.
What if I sign in more tills than I pay for?
A new till waits on a notice until a counter is free - it never disconnects a till you already use. Add a counter, or remove a till you no longer use in Billing.
Can I remove a counter?
Yes. It stops at your next renewal and is not refunded for the current month. Every till keeps working until then and after.
Can I move between Counter and Master?
Upgrading to Master starts at once: you pay only the difference for the days left, and your renewal date stays the same. Moving back to Counter happens at your next renewal; your shop leaves the online store then.
What if I do not renew?
You get a short grace window with everything working. After it, saving online and your online store pause until you pay. Your POS keeps selling offline and your data stays yours.
I already pay for POS only or POS + Online store.
Nothing changes for you. You keep your plan and your price, with the tills you had, for as long as you stay on it. An extra counter is Rs 1,000 a month like everyone else.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Dilsho takes no commission on any sale, in the shop or online.
